Description of Citizen

MD is located in the Iron City, which is just beyond The Big Apple ( Only accessible by a plane ride from Elias ) and the Scrap Valley Field Entrance. He is found just outside of his bar ( which is in the shape of a beer barrel ) and offers an array of quests to the player which at lower levels focus around the robotic enemy 'Diodes' which are said to hunt down people and self destruct when close enough for them to be harmed in impact, for they think of all living matter as 'garbage' and they are programmed to dispose of it.

MD seems to show quite a friendly demeanor and often refers to the player as 'cool kid' and even offers for them to join him in drinks. As well as this, beneath that he is a bit of a dreamer and a romantic, often times remarking about how the sunset must look outside of the abysmal city of which he calls his home.

With a friendly smile and a good attitude he can easily reel in customers and provides excellent service to those who lodge in his inn, him and his robotic maid 'Lily' are the only ones who happen to tend to the inn's many affairs. It's a busy and tough job at times, but even so MD still enjoys his work.
